Welcome to Savvoo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at savvoo.ai and any related content, features, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by Produxtech LLC (“Savvoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Produxtech LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Savvoo helps you find technology products, including refurbished and used products, that fit what you need. We publish guides, we maintain a catalog of product information, and we surface listings and prices from third-party retailers. We also let you compare listings for the same product across the retailers we cover.
When you choose to visit a retailer through a link on our Service, you leave Savvoo and complete any purchase directly with that retailer under their terms.
Savvoo does not sell products. We are not a retailer and we are not a marketplace. We do not hold, inspect, photograph, test, or ship any product. We do not process payments, fulfill orders, handle returns, or provide warranties for any product you buy from a third party. Your purchase is a transaction solely between you and the retailer or seller.
Savvoo is intended for users in the United States who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence.
The Service, its content, its prices in US dollars, and the retailers it covers are all directed at the US market. We do not target, market, or direct the Service to users in any other country. The Service is reachable from outside the United States and we do not block access, but if you use it from elsewhere you do so on your own initiative, and the Service is not adapted or offered for use in your country.
By using the Service you represent that you meet the age requirement above.
Savvoo publishes two different kinds of content, made in two different ways. We describe both, because they carry different levels of confidence.
Guides and editorial content. Our guides begin with a human idea. A person and an AI system then work together on the brief and the structure, and the article is written through repeated exchanges between the two, with a person revising until it says what we intend. After that, the article goes through automated passes for fact checking, search optimization, and identifying machine-sounding text. A person then reviews the output of those passes, including the fact check itself, and refines the article before it is published. We treat the automated fact check as a first pass and not as the final word, because reviewing it has caught gaps it missed. A person is involved at every stage of a guide.
Catalog records. Product records, including specifications, are assembled automatically from third-party sources, including retailer and manufacturer data feeds and other published material, and some fields are generated or summarized by AI. These records are not individually verified by a person before publication. We check them in sample and we correct them when we find or are told about an error.
We say this plainly because it matters when you are deciding what to buy. AI-assembled product data can be wrong, and it can be wrong in ways that look plausible. Our editorial and AI-use standards page describes both processes in more detail, including how we handle corrections.
Nothing on the Service is professional, financial, or purchasing advice. Any decision you make based on our content is your own. Always verify the details that matter to you, including the exact configuration, condition, price, and availability, on the retailer’s own listing before you buy.
Specifications.The specifications we publish describe a product model, not any individual unit a seller is offering. Individual units vary, particularly for used and refurbished stock, where configuration, included accessories, battery condition, network locking, and regional variant can all differ between listings of the same model. Check the seller’s listing for the specification of the actual item.
Prices. Prices shown on the Service are prices we observed at the retailer at the time stated next to them. They are not live. Prices and availability are set by retailers and change frequently, including between the moment we record a price and the moment you see it. The price at the retailer at checkout is the only price that counts.
Condition and warranty.Condition grades and warranty terms shown on the Service are the retailer’s or the seller’s own, reproduced as they describe them and attributed to them. Retailers grade condition on their own scales, and those scales are not equivalent to one another. A grade from one retailer cannot be compared directly against a grade from another, even where the words look similar. Warranty terms are offered by the retailer or the individual seller, not by Savvoo, and we do not administer, guarantee, or stand behind any warranty.
Comparisons. Where the Service lets you compare listings, the comparison covers the retailers we work with and the listings we have recorded for that product. It is not a survey of the whole market, and a lower price may be available from a retailer we do not cover. Where we describe a price as the lowest, we mean the lowest among the listings shown, at the observation time stated.
Selections and picks. Where we mark a product as a pick for a category, that is our editorial view, arrived at by the process in Section 4 and by the method published on our editorial and AI-use standards page. It is not a statement that the product is the best available, and it is not a statement about your particular needs.
If you believe anything on the Service is inaccurate, including a product record, a specification, a price, a condition grade, or a statement in a guide, tell us at privacy@savvoo.ai and we will look at it. If you are a manufacturer or retailer and a record misstates your product or your listing, use the same address and say so, and we will prioritize it.
We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days. Where we find an error, we correct it and, where the error was significant, we note the correction on the page.
Savvoo is reader-supported. We participate in retailer affiliate programs, and we may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a qualifying purchase. This never changes the price you pay. Affiliate links appear on our deals pages, not inside our guides.

The Service and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Produxtech LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Savvoo name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.
Product names, logos, brands, and product images referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. If you own rights in material appearing on the Service and believe it is being used improperly, contact us at privacy@savvoo.ai.
The Service contains links to third-party websites, retailers, and marketplace sellers that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, listings, products, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing a third-party site is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply to everything that happens there, including your purchase, your payment, delivery, returns, and any warranty claim.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content, specification, price, condition grade, or availability shown on the Service is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Produxtech LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes any damages arising from a purchase you make from a third-party retailer or seller, and any damages arising from inaccurate product information on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Produxtech LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
