Savvoo is intended for users in the United States. Our content, pricing, retailer relationships, and product availability are all directed at the US market, and we do not target or direct the Service at users in any other country.
The Service is reachable from outside the United States, and we do not block access. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative. We operate from the United States and process information in the United States, and this policy describes the practices that apply wherever you are.
We keep collection to a minimum. We collect only the following.
Information you give us. If you sign up for our email updates, we collect the email address you enter. If you contact us, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we and our analytics provider may collect technical and usage information: device type, browser, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address at city or region level rather than precise geolocation, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and time on page. Where this involves cookies or similar technologies, it is subject to the choices described in Section 5, and outside the categories described there it does not happen until you allow it.
What we do not collect. We do not collect or receive payment or financial information. Purchases happen on a third-party retailer’s site and we never see your card or account details. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric data, or any of the categories US state privacy laws treat as sensitive.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising personalization on the Service.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. They fall into two groups.
Strictly necessary. Required for the Service to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Service is used. Whether analytics cookies are set before you make a choice depends on where you are, as described below.
We use a consent management platform to present that choice. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are asked to opt in before any analytics cookie is set. Visitors in the United States are given notice and the ability to opt out at any time. Until a choice is made, analytics tags run in a mode that does not set cookies or store identifiers on your device.
We have Google Signals and advertising personalization switched off in our analytics configuration, so analytics data is not used to build advertising audiences.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works.
Our Cookie Notice describes each cookie we set, its purpose, and how long it lasts.
Affiliate cookies. When you click a link to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookie to attribute the referral. That cookie is set by the retailer under its own privacy policy, not by us. See Section 7.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in these ways.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide services to us:
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Resend | Email addresses, campaign delivery, unsubscribe handling |
| Google Analytics 4 | Website usage and analytics data |
| [CONSENT PLATFORM] | Your cookie preference |
| [HOSTING PROVIDER] | Website hosting and server logs |
| [CDN, IF SEPARATE] | Content delivery and associated request logs |
Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Savvoo, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If Savvoo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
The Service links to third-party retailers. When you follow one of those links you leave Savvoo, and the retailer’s own privacy policy and terms apply to everything that happens after that, including any cookie it sets, any account you use, and any purchase you make. We do not receive your order details, your payment information, or your identity from the retailer. We receive aggregate reporting on referrals and commissions.
Under some US state privacy laws, the flow of analytics or referral information to third parties can be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” even where no money changes hands for your data. We describe this candidly rather than relying on a narrow reading, and Section 8 tells you how to opt out.
We give the following rights to every user of the Service, regardless of which state you live in. Several US states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, grant some or all of them by law, and the thresholds and details vary by state. Rather than track those differences, we apply the same standard to everyone.
You may ask us to:
How to exercise them. For the analytics and sharing opt-out, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer, which takes effect immediately and does not require you to identify yourself. For everything else, email privacy@savvoo.ai. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, which normally means confirming control of the email address in question.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you want an authorized agent to make a request for you, email us and we will explain what we need.
If you give us your email address, we will send you the updates you signed up for. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, handled by Resend, and unsubscribing takes effect for all marketing email. You can also unsubscribe by emailing privacy@savvoo.ai. We may still reply to a message you send us.
Our physical mailing address appears in every commercial email we send, as US law requires.
We keep your email address in Resend for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the unsubscribe so that we do not email you again. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it and keep only what we need to honor that request.
We keep analytics data for [14] months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically under our retention setting. Aggregate reports that do not identify anyone may be kept longer.
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not operate an age gate, so we rely on this statement and on the intent of the Service rather than on verification. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@savvoo.ai and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we hold very little. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so on the Service.
For any privacy question or request, email privacy@savvoo.ai or write to the address in Section 1. See also our Terms of Use and Affiliate Disclosure.
